Radio Show Covered

Our local paper covered our progressive Christian radio show Faithfully Subversive. It's odd to get noticed like that but it has been great presenting a religious alternative to the area. We are working to get podcasts of the show and in the future they will be posted on the website.

Unsettling

A baptist church in Australia got noticed when they placed a sign outside of their church saying "Jesus loves Osama". Of course some politicians got upset, but the implications of the Gospel can be unsettling.

Last week our campus ministry sponsored a talk on reproductive rights and how it connects to other justice issues. We didn't get the press coverage I hoped but our students liked the program and we got a plug from the national website of SYRF.
